SCRAPER/SMOOTHER, EXRA TALL SIDE SCRAPER / ICING SMOOTHER
Description
- The scraper / spreader is approx 277mm long by 77mm wide.
- The 'holding' edge of the scraper is rounded on the corners. The spreading edge is perfectly straight and the scraper is slightly narrower on the spreading edge.
- Perfect for smoothing buttercream and ganache on the side of cakes.
- Made from durable plastic which is practical and easy to clean, it is lightweight and wide enough to hold comfortably. It has a little flexibility but is rigid enough to be effective in producing a smooth finish on icing.
